Salem, Ore. - The Directors of ENDVBM, PAC filed the SEL310 at 4:52pm on November 27, 2024 seeking to amend the Oregon State Constitution to improve security of election procedures.
The Initiative Petition adds Article II, Section 25 stating that all elections within the State of Oregon shall occur on a single day; voting conducted in-person by individuals who have registered to vote prior to election day, with the exception of verified absentee voters. Persons seeking to register to vote must provide proof of citizenship and other qualifications to be an elector.
The Constitutional Amendment includes provisions to improve ballot chain of custody both before and after a ballot is cast, requires hand-counted ballots at the precinct level, places control of the voter rolls at the county level and declares General Election day a statewide holiday.
The Petitioners understand that Oregonians will never be able to vote their way out of a fixed election system. “The people at the Alamo knew they weren’t going to win. But they fought hard and brough great attention to their situation.” States attorney and Co-Petitioner Stephen Joncus. Stephen Joncus is Judicial Watch Counsel who is currently suing the State of Oregon for violating federal law in refusing to clean its voter rolls.
The goal of the Petitioners is to get enough signatures to get #ENDVBM on the ballot in Oregon for the 2026 General Election and bring national attention to the mass election fraud regularly occurring in Oregon for decades.
“Republicans in Oregon have long felt disenfranchised. But, the fact is, all voters in Oregon are disenfranchised whether they realize it or not.” States Co-Petitioner Michaela Hammerson. Michaela Hammerson, of Roseburg, OR, is the leader of the “Roseburg Six” who were each recalled from their elected positions at the Douglas County Republican Central Committee for supporting primary election challenger, Todd Vaughn, to unseat the appointed and corrupt incumbent Senator David Brock-Smith.
“If you want indisputable evidence of mass election fraud look no further than the legislation passed, in the last few years alone, which has no other apparent purpose but to defraud voters of legitimate democratic process.” States Co-Petitioner Ben Edtl. Ben Edtl is the Republican Nominee for Oregon’s 37th House District and from 2022-2024 he was the Republican Nominee for Oregon’s 19th Senate District.
Currently, #ENDVBM has more than 130 volunteers organizing to gather signatures statewide. For the next couple weeks the Petitioners will negotiate with the Oregon Secretary of State on a ballot title and will be required to gather 1,000 signatures in order to gain approval for ballot measure circulation.
